I was so impressed, not only by the ease of ordering, but with the photo update email I received when the flowers were delivered. My mom with the lighted, and said that the flowers were in such incredible shape they lasted three times longer than usual

The service from Petals N Buds Metchosin Florist was awesome. Received confirmation that order was received and a email about delivery. This was excellent as I was ordering online from another province. My Family was touched by the Flowers and I was happy with selection to pick from on line! Thank you Very Much!

The flower arrangement I received for Mothers Day was beautiful. It had Lilies and peonies. Only one of the 4 peonies opened A bit of a disappointment. However the georgeous Lilies are keeping the arrangement very pretty.

I received 2 item from you for Mother's Day. One was a floral bouquet which was and still is lovely.the other was an arrangement of peonies - they were a terrific disappointment only 2 flowers opened and 3 just turned brown and petals fell off.why did this happen???i like the idea of using a Metchosin florist BUT not if flowers are not FRESH. gay pearce

I had ordered flowers requesting that they be delivered in the morning so they could be enjoyed for the entire day on my stepmom' birthday. I was not notified to the contrary. At 3pm they weren't delivered. I called and was told deliveries go out after 4. The person I spoke to said she would put a rush on delivery. My step-mother went out at 5:15pm and they still weren't delivered. She didn't get the flowers until after 9 when she returned home. You should be clearer about your delivery times. It makes a difference to people.

Nicole, If you make a request it is NOT guarenteed your "ask" is possible. We do our best to bend to our customers wishes. This was not intended to upset you and we did reply to you the only way we could. We tried to put a rush on your flower delivery and along with other flower deliveries. Our delivery truck can only be in one place at a time. Sometimes we need patience from our customers as well. Your flowers were delivered just after 5pm. Kindest Regards

I received a floral arrangement at 10 p.m. at night. The phone call prior to delivery woke me up. However, the flowers are very pretty--not a plant.

Ordered towers for Mothers Day and the never arrived. No contact and phone number to Florist is a message only. Very disappointed. Usually use a different florist and will not be using Petals and Buds again!

Dear Dennis, I am so sorry for our hasty reply. We wanted to communicate and were under pressure to communicate and ensure our 300 orders were delivered as well. It is not your fault that we were not able to give you the time you needed to change your payment method. We have done email transfers and bent to our customers comfort as much as possible. On ordinary circumstances we would have called you again if we did not get you on the phone the first time. We have very good customers and have never been unpaid. Please forgive us for not giving you more of our time.

Totally disappointed! I ordered Mothers Day flowers for delivery on Friday May 12, it is now Sunday evening May 14 and Still No flowers. Don't I look like the unloving child! I received no communication from the store that they would not arrive. There are 2 phone numbers on the website, one is out of order and the other does not take VM! Are you kidding me! NEVER AGAIN!

Very pleased with the service. I ordered two calalily plants on line, however, you called me the next day to say the ones you had in stock were not very nice or big. I was asked if you could substitute with the beautiful hydrangia's you had in stock. I was given colour choice and the recipients of the plants said they were absolutely beautiful! Thank you for not just delivering a sad plant (which often happens with on-line orders) and instead, contacting me with options. Will be contacting Petals N Buds again for sure!

You made sure I was going to be happy with the bamboo that I wanted to send my grand daughter-in-law starting her new business in Langford. I ordered flowers for my daughter's birthday on very short notice and I was very pleased that Petals N Buds made a beautiful arrangement and had it delivered before dinner on the same day. The purple vase in the order had been substituted with a lovely deep red one and some purple flowers substituted with red ones but the arrangement was beautiful. (I had been contacted prior to delivery advising of the substitution.) Thank you for making my daughter's birthday a great day. The flowers were wonderful surprise.

I was really impressed with the arrangements that were available on line and how easy it was to place my order. The recipients advised that it was the nicest arrangement they had every received.
